Studying Phytochemical Features of Three Asteraceae Herbs Growing Wild in Kazakhstan

This study aimed to evaluate the phytochemical features of medicinal species Asteraceae family, their mineral elements, antioxidants, vitamins, and amino acids. The studied included common yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.), chicory (Cichorium intybus German chamomile (Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert) collected in Ile Alatau Mountain (Trans-Ili Alatau), Kazakhstan. plants were harvested July 2019-July 2020 during flowering. article’s scientific novelty lies conceptual research morphological with a maximum content biologically active substances high antioxidant activity, which can be basis for creating innovative functional food products enriched natural antioxidants. article describes new idea display very concentration diversity vitamins (8 types), elements acids (13 types) flowers C.
